Berkeley BioSpice Network Representation and Modeling System

The Berkeley BioSpice Network Representation and Modeling System (NRMS) includes software tools that can be used to graphically represent a cellular pathway, formally define conceptual models of processes in the pathway, define mathematical representations of those models, and execute simulations of the mathematical models using Matlab. The NRMS software was included in DARPA BioSpice Release 1.1 (June 14, 2002), and the components of the NRMS are further described on a separate page.
